While there are many myths and misconceptions, hypnosis is a very real process and my favorite therapeutic and coaching tool.
Hypnosis is a trance-like mental state in which you experience increased attention, concentration, and suggestibility.
While hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it is better expressed as a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and vivid fantasies.
Trance simply means a state of deep relaxation whereby your brainwaves are in an alpha or theta state.
People in hypnosis often seem sleepy and zoned out, but in reality they are in a state of hyper-awareness. You usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestion.
Most of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns are controlled by our subconscious mind.

When you are under hypnosis, a therapist can communicate directly with your subconscious mind. Together with you, it is possible to reprogram your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns within your subconscious mind.
By using mental images, by feeling into the new desired state, and especially by analyzing and dissolving the root that caused the challenges you are currently facing.

At the beginning we personally meet to get to know each other, and I will take your medical history.

The fee for this is €120,- / h.
Any follow-up hypnosis session costs €180,- / h.
Each session is 60- to 90 minutes.
