When you learn to shift your focus inward on a regular basis, you will start to hear your inner voice more clearly.
You become of who you truly are, what you feel, what you think, what your true needs are and what values are important to you.
What is important to you in a relationship and how should your surroundings look like for you to feel satisfied.? What food is good for you.?
You find out who and what inspires you, what gives you joy, what fulfills you and what your purpose in life is, your vision and your calling.

When you become aware of what you want, why you want it, how you want to feel with it AND when you internally allow it, outer change will happen.
Your emotions, your thoughts in combination with your body awareness.  are key to everything.
The more conscious you become about your thoughts, your emotions and your limiting beliefs, the easier you can dissolve and realign them.
Your negative emotions are just as important as your positive ones as they show you what you do not want, how you do not want to feel. Often, you this to become of what you actually want (to feel).
